You start by choosing a mailbox plan, which gives you your own personal or business Swiss mailing address. From there, you can add extra services — such as scanning, forwarding, storage, or consolidation. This flexible setup means you only pay for the services you use.

Can I use this address for company registration?

Yes! — our Business and Premium Business plans include a legal address suitable for company registration and official correspondence.

How quickly do you process incoming mail?

Most mail is scanned or forwarded within a few hours of arrival, Monday to Friday.

Can I forward mail internationally?

Absolutely! — we forward letters and parcels anywhere worldwide via Swiss Post or DHL, with full tracking available. Please select the appropriate option: Forward mail Worldwide, or Switzerland, or Europe.

Is my mail handled securely and privately?

Yes! — all items are processed in Switzerland under strict privacy and data-protection laws.

What’s included in the scanning service?

Mail scanning is included as part of your mailbox plan and allows you to view your letters digitally from anywhere. Depending on your subscription, a set number of pages are scanned each month at no additional cost. If you exceed your included allowance or request extra services such as urgent scanning, international forwarding, consolidation, or special handling, these are charged on a pay-as-you-use basis and added to your monthly consolidated invoice. This ensures you only pay for the additional services you actually use, while keeping your regular mail management simple and predictable.

Can I store my mail or parcels with you?

Yes — parcels can be securely stored in our Swiss facility until you decide to forward, consolidate, collect, or dispose of them. Package storage is billed at CHF 1 per item per day and is charged only for the exact duration each parcel remains in storage. All storage fees are added to your monthly consolidated invoice together with any other mail-handling services you request. This gives you full flexibility to manage shipment timing without long-term commitments or hidden costs.
